The Decade Review (2000-2009) - Rankings - Women (Provisional)

UNDER CONSTRUCTION, waiting for data 2000-2004.

Some considerations:
# any change in ranking points system in this period? I don't know.
# names spell - in previous posts I've been trying to get the correct spell of the names, especially the graphic accents, with no much consistency. I won't try using accents in this post for practical reasons. The names of different alphabets (Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese, Greek, etc.) are another challenge since there is no much consistency in the transcriptions, and I'm going with the most common transcription when there are different versions (like Tereshuk and Tereschuk). Again for practical reasons and to not make an even bigger post, I'll use only the surnames of the pentathletes, except for when having to recognize a pentathlete who shares the same surname with any other of the circuit (usually brothers).
# tie-break: some athletes are tied in number of points, but I'm following the official info that shows no tie in positions, but I really don't know the critery used (like in 2006, two pentathletes with 170 points, but UIPM newsletter said the Hungarian lost the first spot after 3 years, so she was really credited as #2)
# the period of a decade - some may consider a decade a different period (instead of 2000-2009, some consider 2001-2010).

Comments to come (for 2005-2009 and hopefully for 2000-2009)- highlights of the period: most years as #1, in top5/top10, ups and downs, early decade of retired pentathletes and veterans, late decade with up and coming youngsters, etc.
