Ranking Watch and Race to Moscow (WCF) - Introduction

This year the world cup events are close to each other, just like last year, except for the World Cup Final coming shortly after the last regular WC, and that makes the ranking changes ephemeral. The points from 2009 World Cup #1 (Ciudad de Mexico) are yet to drop (will happen one week after 2010 World Cup #2 Cairo). Well, let's check how will the rankings change in the next weeks with the closing dates. IN means points to enter in the system (not necessarily they will make the athlete's best 3 in a year), OUT means previous year's event to fall off the system (only for next months):

March
07 - WC1 2010 Playa del Carmen, Mexico - IN
21 - WC2 2010 Cairo, Egypt - IN
29 - 2009 WC1 Mexico - OUT

April
11 - WC3 2010 Medway, Great Britain - IN
19 - 2009 WC2 Egypt - OUT

May
09 - WC4 2010 Budapest, Hungary - IN
10 - Men 2009 WC3 Hungary - OUT
17 - Women 2009 WC3 Hungary - OUT
25 - 2009 WC4 Italy - OUT

June
06 - WC5 Berlin, Germany - IN
20 - WCF Moskva, Russia - IN
30 - 2009 Senior European Championships, Leipzig, Germany - OUT

July
20- Senior European Championships, Debrecen, Hungary - IN

August
19 - 2009 UIPM Senior World Championships, London, England - OUT

September
07 - UIPM Senior World Championships, Chengdu, China - IN
13 - 2009 WCF Brazil - OUT

November
21 - Panamerican Championships, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - IN

December
06 - 2009 Panamerican Championships, Buenos Aires, Argentina - OUT

I'll try to have here the changes in the rankings after every level 1 and level 2 competitions, focused especially on the participants. Also I'll try to keep track of the World Cup standings (race to Moscow).
